If you're missing information about your counterpart, no worries! One of the best features of our contracts is that you can easily edit them together with your counterpart. The only information you need to share the contract is your counterparty’s e-mail address.

Enter your counterparty's e-mail address at the bottom of the contract and click “Share with counterparty”. Now we will send them a link to the contract, giving them access and the ability to enter their own information.
