Here is how you refund the purchase sum from the escrow account to the buyer.

To refund the purchase sum from the escrow account to the buyer, we need an e-mail confirmation from both you and your counterparty to support@swiftcourt.com. The e-mail should:

  • be sent from the same e-mail address as used in the contract

  • include a reference to the contract

  • include an expressed approval for Swiftcourt to refund the buyer

After we have received a confirmation from both parties, we will initiate the refund the same or the next business day. The refund will be available on the buyer’s account within 5 working days.
