After you have signed the contract, the button to start a complaint will be available on the top right of your contract. Depending on what device you use to access your contract, the appearance of the button will be different, see the examples below.
If you use your smartphone, click the menu button in the top right corner and choose “Start Complaint”.
If you access your contract by computer, click the “Start Complaint” button on the top right.
When you are starting a complaint you will be asked to choose a reason for the complaint.
