As of right now, it is not possible for you to cancel the payment process on your own. If you for some reason don’t want to use our payment service after choosing it in the contract, please contact our support team.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel a transaction that has already been made, in these cases, we have to wait until the money reaches the escrow account and then make a refund once both parties have approved it. If the parties can’t reach an agreement, we will handle the purchase sum according to this table:
