To be able to choose the secure payment method in your contract, the total price for the vehicle must be less than 50,000 euros or 499,000 SEK. The payment service can be used if it is chosen as a payment method in a Swiftcourt contract, and this contract is signed by both parties.
Additionally, the buyer and the seller have to be over 18 years old and have a bank account with access to online banking in one of the banks that are connected to the secure payment service. The owner of the bank account must be the same person that is listed in the contract and the name in the contract must completely match the name of the bank account´s owner. Both the buyer and the seller must pass a security check, it is a necessary procedure to prevent abuse of the payment service, for example, money laundering.
