For a secure and reliable payment solution, use Swiftcourt's Secure Escrow Payment Service. It ensures that the purchase sum is safely held in an escrow account until both the buyer and seller confirm the handover of the item.
To be able to choose the secure payment method in your transaction, the total price for the item must be less than 50,000 euros or 499,000 and the payment method has to be chosen in the contract.
Additionally, both parties have to be over 18 years old and the seller needs to have a bank account in one of the banks that are connected to our payment service.
The owner of the bank account must be the same person that is listed in the contract and the name in the contract must completely match the name of the bank account's owner. Both the buyer and the seller must pass a security check, it is a necessary procedure to prevent abuse of the payment service, for example, money laundering.
