How to make changes in a contract signed by both parties

Once a contract is signed by both parties, it becomes non-editable to ensure its integrity and legality. However, if changes are required, there's no need to worry! You can easily create a copy of the signed contract, edit the copy as needed, and then sign the updated version with your counterpart. This new version will serve as a "new version" of the previous contract, effectively replacing it.

By creating a copy and signing the updated version, you can ensure that the changes are documented and legally binding, without needing to cancel the previous contract.

If you do not see the "copy" button, it may mean that you have one of our contracts that can only be copied by our support team. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you in creating a copy of the contract.
