We always strive to do what's best for our users, and we strongly advise against deleting any of your contracts. Contracts are legally binding documents that are important to keep, even if they have been cancelled, terminated, or expired. This is especially true for digital contracts, which we store for you completely free of charge!

However, if you still wish to delete a contract, we require written approval from both parties via email sent to support@swiftcourt.com. Please make sure to send the email from the same address you used to sign your contract and include a reference to the specific contract you want to delete.
