When requesting a code it should not take more than 10 minutes to receive it. If 10 minutes have passed and no code has been received, something probably went wrong along the way.
There are three things you can check yourself:
- Is your phone number entered correctly in the contract?
- Is the country code correct?
- Do you have reception? By reception we’re not referring to wifi or 3G/4G, but rather if you can receive text messages or phone calls at all?
If you can tick all three boxes, the fault is probably on our end.
