What! That’s not cool. The vast majority of our links work, but if you received a dysfunctional one, don't worry, this article contains advice on how you can potentially resolve the situation. 🙌

There could be several reasons why the link may not be working as expected. To successfully open the link, try one or more of the following tips:

Note: The pictures for the following tips are shown in Google Chrome. If you are using another browser, the steps may vary slightly.

Tip 1 - Try opening the link in another browser

Step 1: Copy the contact link from the e-mail you have received by right-clicking on the green button and choosing "copy link address".

Step 2: Open a different web browser (for example Safari, Edge, Chrome, etc). We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari. Right-click on a field for a web address. Choose "Paste" and hit Enter.

Tip 2 - Try opening the link in an incognito window

Tip 3 - Check when the email containing the link was sent

Some links in our emails have an expiration time. If you happen to see that the email was sent a while ago and you encounter a page that says "Your link has expired" when you click on the link, no worries! We've got you covered. The best way to resolve this is by reaching out to us at support@swiftcourt.com or through our live chat. Alternatively, you can also try logging into your Swiftcourt account to see if you can find your contract there. We're here to help!

Tip 4 - Clear out your browser history and try opening the contract again

Step 1: Open your browser and open the browser menu (often viewable in the top right corner), and navigate to the browser history.

Step 2: Select Clear browser data.

Step 3: Choose the timeframe for which you want to clear your browser. We recommend clearing the history at least a week back. Then confirm by clicking Clear data.
