It is possible to use Secure Payment with Swiftcourt as a company if the company is the buyer, since the seller can only use private accounts for receiving the purchase amount.

When using the service, it is important that the name in the contract matches the account from which the payment is made. If the payment is made from a company account, the company must also be listed as a party in the contract.

To do this correctly, you can either enter the company name directly in the fields for first and last name or use one of the free text fields to specify that the purchase is made on behalf of the company. Be sure to include the company’s details, such as name and registration number, so that all information is clear.

It is therefore not possible to make a payment from a company account if the contract does not clearly indicate that the company is the buyer. In such cases, the process must unfortunately be canceled, and the money returned.
