In this article we list actions you should take if you've been subjected to fraud.

If you suspect that you’ve been subjected to fraud, take action accordingly:

- Capture and save screenshots of all communication and documentation related to the fraud.

- Contact your bank and let them know what's going on. They can provide guidance and support.

- Report the incident to the police, attaching screenshots, your contract and the signing certificate if you have them. These documents can help locate the scammer. The police can then contact us if they need more information.
