To refund the buyer from the secure vault, we need an e-mail confirmation by both you and your counter-party to support@swiftcourt.com. The e-mail should:

  • be sent from the same e-mail address as used in the contract

  • include a reference to the contract

  • include an expressed approval for Swiftcourt to refund the buyer

After we have received a confirmation from both parties, we will initiate the refund the same or next business day. The refund will be available on the buyer’s account within 5 working days.

Disclaimer: The fee included when using the payment service – currently 399 NOK – is not refunded. As soon as a payment to the vault has been made, our costs as a service provider kick in.
